		<description>It's sad when you look around and excuses are the way of life. Can't eat healthy, can't keep the house clean, can't learn this, can't, can't, can't. 

There is a great feeling that comes with accomplishment. It's too bad more people aren't willing to try it. 

Why don't people like to be challenged anymore? TV?</description>
